Let me start off by saying I don’t get manicures or pedicures so I was a bit hesitant to even get one. I decided to come to Lynn’s on a recommendation. I walk into a packed house, a lady who I assume is the one in charge tells me it’s a one hour wait. I take a look at the nail color selection and choose my color then I am directed to have a sit and wait. 10 minutes go by and I am sitting on a computer chair soaking my feet in a bucket of hot water. I and 5 other people sat in the back room with a fan blowing on us to keep us and the workers fresh. The lady who was doing my manicure/ pedicure was sweating and had to stop periodically to wipe her sweat. For my manicure I asked for a round cut and to slightly cut my nails.On doing my hands my manicurist asked if I was ok because she said I was red and turned the fan to me to help cool me down and brought me some tissue. When my nails had dried I took a look at them and they were truly awful, the shape was not round at all and the color cuticles everything was awful. I sat there for a while looking at them wondering if I should say anything. If I should ask for a refund or a doover or just ask for some nail polish remover to take off the paint. I finally got the courage to say something but the man I spoke to said he was too busy. I saw the lady who first greeted me, she was busy herself tending to a young lady, I walked up to her station and without me saying anything she looked at me and said ‘yes.’ I asked her for nail polish remover and she looked confused as I’m sure this is not a usual request I put my hand in front of her lamp so she can see the original work done she grabbed my hand and walked me over to the lady who had helped me. Boss lady was yelling at her I am sure because she looked very nervous. I did not want my nails to be done by the same person but boss lady reassured me she would make sure she did it right this time. It was very awkward and the end result was the same as I walked out of there very disappointed and a $25 loss. I appreciate that boss lady tried to make things right I just wish she would of came back to make sure I was satisfied.

I’m come here to get pedicures. IMO these ladies are better than a podiatrist. They will make your feet feel better. They make sure to clip nails appropriately and will help relieve pain from stubborn ingrown nails. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a new level of self care. Pedicure

Anyway, the lady that did my pedicure scrubbed until she was out of breath and got my foot callus free! Most important, she didn’t make me feel bad about it. And she did it all before knowing I was tipping her extra for her hard work. Their prices are more than fair. Maybe that’s why they were busy and I had to wait a short time. Worth waiting longer.
