I have never found a nail salon I loved enough to be loyal to until today. The gentleman at Lynn’s gave me incredible service!(I wish I knew his name) They were very busy, which sometimes makes me nervous that they will rush through your service. He took his time and made sure it was exactly what I wanted multiple times. My nails turned out beautiful! I will be back.

I’ve been to several nail salons in Columbus and Lynn’s Nails is by far the best! The staff are all very nice and I really like the electronic sign in & that it keeps track of my visits to earn rewards. Its easy to make an appointment, and usually right around my preferred time. I haven’t waited very long for them to bring me back & start working on me. The massage chairs are very comfortable & they all work, which seems to be a problem in many other salons. They take the time to do a thorough massage on my legs & feet when I get a pedicure, and they never seem to rush through any of the services I’ve had done there. They do a great job when I get a gel fill, and my nails come out perfectly shaped and painted. I won’t go anywhere else!!

I am new to Columbus and came in for a gel manicure to treat myself on my birthday and this is the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I selected one of the gel options they had on display that was supposed to be white with blue swirls/tie dye. Instead I got what looks like a little kid drew with markers, and no base coat. I thought the lady was only halfway done when she asked me to pay. No lotion or cuticle work, did not even ask what length or shape I preferred. I cannot believe this is what my nails look like. Extremely upset I spent $45 on THIS.

One nail tech even passed out free bottles of water to all the guests. It was a very sweet gesture!!I had Rachel and she was so sweet!!
