Critical: Quality, ValueI was very grateful to be able to get an appointment on New Year’s Eve, I went for a gel manicure and pedicure. I had scheduled ahead of time to make an appointment. When I showed up, I was the next person in line and only Lynn works there so when like 4 other people just walked in she said she would see them and rushed through my services. She was very nice but my pedicure was very rushed, no massage, she didn’t remove my previous polish all the way until I asked, overall it was hardly a pedicure, and I could feel the anxiousness of the other people wanting to be seen. She started working on another woman’s manicure and then told me to sit down for my manicure next to the other client. I think she did my manicure in less than 5-7 minutes. The polish was not even on the entirety of my nail so she added like 7 coats to try and fit it. It wasn’t worth paying for. She also didn’t tell me until midway through my services that she is a cash only facility. She did my manicure without taking care of any of the cuticles which I don’t know if that’s the standard protocol for gel polish but regardless my fingers looked bad and the polish was not done well. After she rushed through my manicure to get to the next woman beside me, as I was ready to pay she was filing the other woman’s nails and was rushing to take off her polish with her electric filer, and the woman said “ow!”, she continued filing and didn’t acknowledged that she filed her finger. I hate writing negative reviews especially since this business had very positive reviews. I was very grateful to be able to get an appointment on New Year’s Eve, I went for a gel manicure and pedicure. I had scheduled ahead of time to make an appointment. When I showed up, I was the next person in line and only Lynn works there so when like 4 other people just walked in she said she would see them and rushed through my services. But what I was most unhappy with was the fact the manicurist decided to tell me she doesent take card AFTER I finished my nails. That doesn’t make any sense at all. She then proceeded to tell me she doesn’t take card due to COVID- which also doesn’t make sense cause cash is just as if not even more unsanitary than a card. If you only take cash-fine but you can’t tell someone that after you’ve done the business, I wasn’t ok with driving out of the way and taking out extra money just because it wasn’t communicated that you only take cash- not cool and definitely not professional. Because I was raised right I went out my way to get cash to pay you, but I won’t be coming back. That’s not cool to do and it’s an inconvenience.Service: ManicureI went in to get gel nails. I went in to get gel nails. They were ok for the price. But what I was most unhappy with was the fact the manicurist decided to tell me she doesent take card AFTER I finished my nails.
