I LOVE to go there to go tanning I’ve gone there about three years or so now and it’s within walking distance from my house.. I go about three times a wk and she’s just wonderful she has a rly,rly good tanning bed it’s always sanitary and clean.. I have never had my nails done by her personally but I’ve seen those who have and she does a beautiful job! I always recommend her shop to friends when they need to tan or their nails done bc she’s awesome and she’s a very sweet lady as well!

The ad for the free hydro massages included Lynn’s nails for one of the location. I went to get my massage the owner was very rude! She said she was not participating and “she told me on the phone the day before.” I had never called and tried to explain that she was listed as a location. She proceeded to tell me that I needed to call the ad company and tell them to pay for it before I would get a free massage. I called them and was told they send out an email to all the business and if they didn’t want to participate then they need to let them know. I was mind blown! As a business owner you should never begin raising your voice at a customer because they are going by an ad. A business owner should also be aware of the problem and solve it herself not have a customer do it. I am still in shock of how unprofessional the owner handled the situation and the way I was talked to. I will most definitely not give this business any service of mine nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Very poor way to run a business!
