Came in for a set of acrylic nails. Was told it would be $45, was charged $55, my entire left hand had warped nails and two nails on my right hand has HAIR im the acrylic. When I told them I didn’t want them touching my nails again and requested a refund they LAUGHED and told me “we don’t do that”. NEVER COME HERE Acrylic nails

Came in on a Monday and there were three staff members. Two young ladies assisted myself and my husband. There was an older staff member assisting a client already. To say the least there was no one there. I asked for a simple manicure. I just wanted gel polish. I’m writing this review because I don’t feel like I got that. The work that I received was not that great. The young lady that assisted me was fast. She worked quick and constantly looked at my nails as if she herself questioned what she was doing. I asked her half way through if she was using gel polish and she very sternly said “yes”. My polish looks uneven, as if it were watered down. I’ve never had gel polish look like regular polish. Uneven. What really encouraged me to write this review was that chip on my left thumb. ONE DAY LATER. Did not get my money’s worth. This does NOT look like gel polish.

Less than 24 hours after getting a French tip gel done, they were cracking. (My natural nails too, so there’s no excuse for this happening.) I also made an appointment with them over the phone and when I arrived they made me wait 20 minutes. If you overbook yourself, why do you continue to make reservations? Do not recommend this place.

I went here just today, not only did the gel color on my nails not match the color on the swab (it was supposed to be a dark purple, it came out red), but the tips of my nails are rough and uneven, I can see brush streaks and I think I have enough color on my skin for another coat on my nails. The woman didn’t even sit down. I felt rushed, and that was after I waited for at least 10 minutes. By the time I was seen, the rush was gone, so it wasn’t like they had a bunch of people waiting. I am so disappointed.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I went to this location to have my sns nails removed and to get regular polish applied to my natural nail…I was seated and the owner/store manager (man) who put my hands in a baggy with a long strip of cotton and SOAKED my hands in acetone and closed up the baggy. A woman came over about 10 minutes later and used the nail drill to remove the rest of the polish. My hands were burning so I asked her if I could please go wash my hands and she told me she was almost done filing my nails. My hands were red and burning but I didn’t want to be rude so I waited as instructed. I just paid $22 for them to remove my sns and give me the worst manicure ever. The SKIN ON MY HANDS IS PEELING OFF, I’m pretty certain that I have chemical burns on both of my hands. I have washed my hands twice now and they still reek of acetone. Do not make the same mistake I did, please do NOT go here.

Granted this was my 3rd visit 4/5/18 . The first visit was a eyebrow wax no problems second visit the rec was practicing. The third it was the worst they lady that did my pedicure was talking about me in her language to her coworkers in present of a regular customer. Is spring time first peddy from this shop . upon entering greeted instantly no waiting it was early 10 am. The tech attending to me was laughing and talking so much about my feet to coworkers the other Customer started smiling at me I smile back at her. I live in vinnings but work in easy Cobb was early for work . I thought would give them a third chance. I felt the other customer don’t speak the language. But she understood I was the talk of the shop. I have very dry skin. The tech even said it. Instead of consulting me on some things to do about my dry skin she made a mocker. If it was to much for her She could have declined. I would have found away to get my pedicure some place else. I’m and awesome tipper. She dudnt get one because of her mockery.Don’t judge a book by its cover it was a half of Job my feet heel was rough, half if my bottom feet was rough.
