Horrible service. My nail tech was completely careless, even cutting my finger because he was filing too hard. Pedicure was worthless. The next day, it looked like nothing had been done. Butterflies falling off after a couple of days. Solid colors were bubbly and not done right. Will never be back again.

I went to this nail shop because it was near my job and had relative good reviews. The pedicure I asked for was not done correctly. The lady that did my pedicure was older in age. She seems very nervous and unsure of what she was doing. First she had difficulty removing the gel polish from my toe nails. I’ve had this done many times and this was by far the slowest and worst service. She pushed back the cuticles on one foot but not the other. She removed very little dead skin/calluses from my feet although I paid for that service. I still have calluses on my feet. I had a broken toe nail, so another lady had to come over to do that and finish the pedicure. She polished my toe nails with the gel polish, put the dryer on top of my feet and just left. I just sat there for a while with no communication from anyone. After some time, the first older lady finally came back over and removed the dryer. Usually, the pedicure ends with oil or lotion being applied to your feet. There was nothing. The lady didn’t even say anything. So I got up and walked to the front to pay. I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I told her the service performed was poor; therefore, a tip was not in order for this. I am very disappointed to pay the money I did with no discount for such poor service. I will not be returning.

I’ve been looking for a good nail salon in East Cobb, and this is spot. I was impressed their prices aren’t high, their base pedicure is around $20, and the manicure was only $15! The aesthetician did a great job shaping my nails into an oval shape without cutting them. Even though there was another customer waiting on the staff, they did not rush my nails and they just did a great job overall. I was able to leave tip on the card, but I’ll bring cash next time

Went recently again and I had an amazing experience, staff is so friendly. I had a pedicure (me and my bf) and we were greeted so nicely! It was so cute and very hygienic they use all clean tools. Love this place I always recommend it !

10/10 amazing salon. So clean and beautiful. Staff was absolutely wonderful so nice and friendly!! Had a shellac signature pedicure which was absolutely incredible. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I would literally travel to this place to receive any service from here

They are amazing. Everyone is great at whatever you need done but I see Jenny for nails and she goes above and beyond to make sure they are perfect. She’s so sweet as is everyone there and my nails always look incredible. You don’t have to go downtown to get designs and top nails

First time here, I went to my usual spot yesterday & they didn’t do a good job so I decided to go here and see if they can fix it. They did!! They were so understanding and helped me out without a problem. It’s a very clean and cute nail salon & most definitely will be coming back! Great customer service!
