I’m new in town, so I just took a look and picked a random hair salon that I felt like to go. I didn’t book an appointment, just walked in and lucky for me, I didn’t have to wait. However, I recommend booking the appointments because the moment I walked out of the salon, there were quite many customers in the line there, and everyone was happy talking to each others. The environment there is great, the staffs are friendly. Ms. Mindy took me in and listened carefully to my request. She was talking details to explain to me how she was going to do with my hair. What a nice lady! I definitely come back in a long time.

I used to come here all the time. I don’t know if they had a management turn or what but I specifically asked for an eyebrow wax. When laying in the chair I realized she had a comb such as the ones they use for cutting hair and I didn’t think twice about it. She was combing my forehead and it started to really bother me as I felt each sharp plastic bristle against my head. After a moment a noticed she is cutting all the hairs on my eyebrows when I told her to stop she said it looks normal and she’s just making it even. I felt all my hair fall off. This is unacceptable I have never had anyone cut off all my eyebrows before even waxing. She continued to tell me it looked normal but that wasn’t the point it seemed like she wanted to argue. She cut almost half the length of my eyebrows off! When I got up she started to pull my hair.

Lynn was so nice and so good! I had no clue how I wanted to go about my hair. I showed her photos of highlights, ombré, balayage colors and ideas. She made suggestions but ultimately let me be the boss. She asked the perfect questions to keep me at ease! “This short? Frame face? Any blonde? Anything else?”

I’ve been going to see Lynn for about 4 years. I absolutely love how my hair turns out each and every time. Below are pictures of my cut and highlights from this afternoon. Color or haircut Lynn takes her time and goes above and beyond to make me happy. She’s the best!! When Lynn is super busy Mindy has cut my hair. She also does a a great job!! Needed a quick haircut to maintain my pixie cut. So happy I found this place. Cut the hair with actual scissors instead of the buzzer or shredder like scissors. Hairstylist very nice and knowledgeable, hears the plus they actually listen to customer requests. Prices are reasonable, appointments were consistent so maybe a good idea to make an appointment if you want more specialized requests. Nice little place, thank you Lynns’ staff.
