Critical: Quality, ValueFirst time and will NEVER go back. My nails are different sizes and shapes. They look like my 8 year old sister did them. They told me $35 when I asked about prices and everything. Then got done and they charged me $40. Price doesn’t bother me when my nails actually are good and what I asked for. Ladies are nice buts it’s not the cleanest place, which is a surprise since its in a nice upper class city like Dewitt. They do a very average job. I’ve been there 4 timeswhich was a combination of convenience since its close by and also thinking after each time that maybe it was just the nail tech that I had that wasn’t the best. But now I’ve gone to each lady and I would definitely say it’s never been anything more than just okay as far as my nails look.

Was in the hospital for 8 days after complications from surgery. Had my son take me straight to get a pedicure, the next time I went in the same girl who did my nails after the hospital stay harrased me about having layers of nail polish and hairy legs during my last visit!!! (The one after the hospital stay.) And in front of several customers and staff. She was saying these things loud for everyone to hear and laughing. I was not laughing. I have 5 children and 4 grandchildren who 2 of whichI help support while my daughter is in college. It is a treat for me when I can go in to get a pedicure. This girl ruined that for me. I will never go there again. Have met many others at other nail places who say the same thing. They can’t stand Lynna Nails. We like the peaceful, respectful treatment we get elsewhere. Go anywhere else if you want a good experience.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done. They do shellac, acrylic and the new powder. You can also get a pedicure. Make sure to make an appt before hand, bc they are usually too busy to take walk ins.

Beware if you are getting a pedicure – it’s not the posted price. They add on for things that are typically included in a pedicure such as $18.00 for polish change and $5.00 for nail clipping – they don’t even massage your feet – it’s a rip off of a salon! I will never go here again – a pedicure equal to this is only $30.00 elsewhere- with no hidden charges.
