It was mine and my friends first time here, but we had a great experience there today. Very clean, friendly, relaxing atmosphere. We had 3 different techs that worked on us, all of them were great. They are very thorough, have a lot of colors and I loved that they didn’t try to push something I didn’t want like shellac when I just wanted basic acrilic. Kevin was the best! Very silly. I personally had the most wonderful pedi with the best massage chair ever!!! Pretty affordable prices also. I would definitely recommend and plan to come back

It’s awesome when you find a place and can trust everyone to do your nails. Take it from me. I’m extremely picky when it come to how I like my nails and will complain if I don’t like them. I love my nails every time!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI love Lynn Nails! They are under new ownership and Natalie did such a great job, was very attentive to me, and did what I asked for! Plexiglass screens at every station and they wiped down everything after each customer. I am so impressed and will be going back for a long time.

roughly 3 weeks ago went in for a remover, and a full set acrylic. technician rushed through the acrylic remover process all because i was told he left to go get coffee. as he was clipping my nails to get them ready to soak in acetone. he ended up cutting the bedding of my nail, because he cut way far back and started to heavily bleed . He was very unprofessional. He tried to glue the wound, press my nail to stop the bleeding, but nail was injured very badly, it continued to bleed. His last resort was some green liquid that didn’t do much. not once did he mention to wash my hands, clean the wound. my injured nail/finger was still wrapped in acetone. 2nd technician came in to try to finish up removal process, and told me that my skin grows with my nail and i should be telling her in advance. i don’t feel as if i should be advising them when they should be more gentle, aware and prioritize my safety. Also notice he didn’t cleaned up tools while this happened either.

The older gentleman was nice who did my pedicure. Notice when I got home there was polish on the skin of my big toe. No biggie . What was disappointing was the way one of your employees was very rude towards the customer she was working on. Women with long black hair in a ponytail. She told her customer she didn’t feel like talking and was rude to her. Not great customer service

Critical: QualityHorrible quality. The staff is really nice so they get 2 stars. However, my shellac slid right off my toes, my rhinestones came off my nails the next day, and on top of that, they over drill your nail beds. Do not recommend at all.Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure
