I did dip powder and it was the first time I went to that place, they filed all my fingers, I left with swollen fingers, apart from the horrible work. When I made the claim, the only thing they told me was that they were going to take a photo of me so that the person who made it to me could see in the photo the mistake he made, it was a man who attended. Besides I had to pay for a horrible job. I do not recommend it at all. Besides, the man who attended me had all his dirty nails, which is disgusting.

Critical: QualityI really wanted to give this establishment a good review, but I can’t. I went in for a Gel manicure and pedicure. I received a normal manicure. I should’ve said something then but didn’t because the staff was nice. But Within 12 hours the polish was chipping and flaking off. My nails looks worse now then before I got the manicure. I really wanted to give this establishment a good review, but I can’t. I went in for a Gel manicure and pedicure. I received a normal manicure. I should’ve said something then but didn’t because the staff was nice. But Within 12 hours the polish was chipping and flaking off. My nails looks worse now then before I got the manicure. Stay away from this place!!! They completely destroyed my nails. A man started working on my nails then he passed me to another lady who destroyed my nails. I told her not to file my nail bed too much but she refused to do so and destroyed the mail bed then dipped in the powder with rush and messed it up and refused to fix it. They aren’t experienced and does not value the customers wishes. She’s only their for the money. Terrible!!!!!!

About 5min later, they told me to come to a chair. I was sitting there soaking when the owner said she didn’t have time for me. WOW! So here I am, wet feet, and I have to leave because they overbooked themselves. I didn’t say anything, I just grabbed my stuff and started to walk out, when a nail tech said to me “try later” Um no, I’m good! It was like that was ok behavior, which I found really sad. I also noticed they cater to the women who look expensive. Sorry, I’m not flashy, and I tend to look homeless, but I tip extremely well. I try to avoid bad reviews, however I couldn’t let this one go. I showed up as a walk in, I was told about 30mins which was not an issue at all! About 5min later, they told me to come to a chair. The worst service.With appointment and they make you wait for 30 minutes and more,no communication skills other than the language barrier they don’t understand what you want and you keep giving comments please do this and not this .They don’t know how to file your nails the shape that fits or choose the correct color for the tone and the undertone.always switch from one worker to another to fix the wrongs.Peeled off in less than 4 days.

I liked going to Lynn’s for the convenience. Then I stopped because if you use credit card to pay, they add on the charges to you. The past two visits, the service was terrible. One week after I received gel manicure, the polish completely peeled off. Just three days ago, I got a gel manicure, and again the polish completely lifted off. I noticed I didn’t get a base polish, and also they are adding acetone to the polish because it was drying up. I am done. Will not go back at all.

The ladies who own this place are super nice but the quality of their work is extremely poor and their prices are outrageous. I got dipped nails and they added acrylic which I repeatedly asked them not to even while they were doing it. Admittedly I should have been more assertive but they had already added one when I told them to stop and talked in circles and I had already been there so long I didnt care anymore. It’s been less than a week and my nails are already peeling. Also when I left the were smudges at the tip of my nails. They look bad. If thay wasn’t bad enough, I left with cuts on my toes and my nails. Avoid this place even though its convenient.

Never coming back to this place. My nail tech was very pushy, bossy, and rushed through everything. Resulting in a messy, streaky, painting job. I asked her to fix one of the nails because there was a huge glub of polish built up on the side and a very noticeable patch that showed my actual nail. She fixed the patch but didn’t fix the glub (too rushed to start over on the nail ig) then she blamed in on the polish for being “uneven and gluby” if this is a professional nail salon they should at least have nice polish to use on clients! Very disappointed with my end result it is see through, uneven, and bumpy.

The service was great! They even stayed late after hours to help customers who were walking in. They were kind and we’re engaged in conversation if I wanted and were very professional. The lady who did my nails fixed a severe chipped nail now it looks like new! Glad I walked in today
