I have been coming here for about 6 months now and Traci does amazing work. I have been extremely pleased and satisfied with her work. She makes me feel welcome everytime I come in. She and her other staff members, while quite, are respectful. I appreciate the work she does. Getting your nails done is pricey and I really recommend that you give Traci a chance! Her work is with every penny.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI wish I could give less than 1 star. Worst customer service and the techs here significantly lack skill and respect for customers. I came here to get a nail fixed after it broke 2 days after they installed it. It took 2 hrs and 3 nail techs and I still walked out of here with a bleeding nail, a different color, shape and length than the rest. Then Lynn and Gigi and Hai all argued and yelled at me, blamed me for their error end for asking them to fix it instead of apologizing and finding a solution. I wish I could give less than 1 star. Worst customer service and the techs here significantly lack skill and respect for customers. I came here to get a nail fixed after it broke 2 days after they installed it. This shop is amazing! I drove 50 minutes just to try it because I liked the designs on ig. It was worth EVERY PENNY. Lynn was kind and welcoming the shop was clean and beautiful. Everyone was nice and the customers talked to staff like old friends. It was the best I will be driving an hour away every 3 weeks to come back. Go here its worth the trip I loved my. Nails they look amazing.
