Critical: PunctualityI’ve never actually gotten the chance to try their services. The first time I made an appointment, showed up and checked in. They actually forgot that I was there and I waited in the waiting area for an hour before I left. They called me and ask me to drive the whole way back, to which i politely declined. I called a week and half ago to schedule a hair appointment, the receptionist said that the owner was out for the day but they would call me back the next morning to discuss how to proceed, unsure whether to schedule the appointment or a consultation first. A week and a half later, I’ve never received a phone call. I’ve never actually gotten the chance to try their services. The first time I made an appointment, showed up and checked in.
