They didn’t even clean my cuticles or even clip my nails, the worker gave some thick nails, I physically had to take them off cause they hurt. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueLynk was so patient and detailed about her work, she was overbooked but still took me and my sister in law for a full set and pedicure. Her work is amazing and cheap compared to a lot of the nail salons around the area. Big recommendation to this place ♥️

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis has got to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with a salon. I called and made an appointment, and showed up on the agreed date and time. But no one was there and the door was locked. I checked to make sure I didn’t screw up and accidentally show up on a day they were closed but all their social media and Google told me the salon was supposed to be open.. I waited for a long time and called the number thinking maybe there was a mix up or they were running late. But no one ever showed up or answered the phone. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe there was some emergency and they had to close or there was a miscommunication about the appointment. So I left a voice mail asking for them to call me when they got the chance to figure out what happened and possibly reschedule. But I never got a call back. I was just ignored.
