so i was in a couple weeks ago and lorry did my hair she was so sweet and kind. i really liked her. the color was beautiful except my roots were quite brassy & this photo was after i had already purple shampooed it at home so i thought i’d call to get it fixed. i came in today and the owner fixed it. she said it wasn’t brassy at all and i felt like i was crazy because she couldn’t seem to understand what needed to be fixed after i had already explained it was brassy on top multiple times. so she toned it and i said it’s much better now but she was suggesting i may feel the need to come back in to get it fixed AGAIN multiple times and i have never asked for a fix before. like no i just told you it was better now. she was acting like nothing would please me when i was nothing but kind. she blow dried my hair only half way and let me leave the salon my hair a poofy, half wet, mess. the main thing was getting my hair fixed but the problem was that she was in such a hurry to get me out of there that she didn’t care to dry my hair all the way and that made it very well known i was an inconvenience. a lot of obviously forced kindess. treat your clients better.

I came to Lyndsay L Salon for the first time and had Morgan cut and style my hair. She did a great job and I loved that she curled my hair after it was done! The price was great too! My only issue was that it turned out my appointment was downstairs and I was never informed. I went to the salon upstairs as it was the front door. No one was up there to assist me. I called and was then directed. So it was pretty frustrating.

The atmosphere is absolutely amazing. Very relaxing. And Sabrina saved my hair. I came in expecting to have to get my hair cut very short. She was able to just cut the dead ends and it felt a lot better. My hair was badly damaged from bleaching it and coloring it a lot. I would recommend making an appointment asap. And the prices are amazing too. I’ve gone to another salon before ended up spending way over budget. And it didn’t even come close to being the same haircut. She did an amazing job. I wish I found this place sooner. Sabrina is very friendly and the conversation was light and fun. As a mom who doesn’t get out much, it felt like I had a friend cutting my hair.
