Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI have now had permanent eyeliner and micro blading done with Krista, my hair cut and colored by Brittany, and my nieces ears pierced with Krista. I have only had great experiences! I have recommended family and friends to see them on multiple occasions.I love being able to wake up and not have to worry about my makeup because it’s already done! Krista is very knowledgable and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. She made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I have now had permanent eyeliner and micro blading done with Krista, my hair cut and colored by Brittany, and my nieces ears pierced with Krista. I have only had great experiences! I have recommended family and friends to see them on multiple occasions.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI scheduled an appointment to get my hair styled for an engagement photo shoot. Laurel did not show up for the appointment. I got a phone call 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment saying that she wasn’t going to make it. Luckily Laurel got a hold of me and she was able to contact a friend down the street I was able to get my hair styled in time. Laurel helped out to make the situation right. I scheduled an appointment to get my hair styled for an engagement photo shoot. Laurel did not show up for the appointment. I got a phone call 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment saying that she wasn’t going to make it. Luckily Laurel got a hold of me and she was able to contact a friend down the street I was able to get my hair styled in time. Laurel helped out to make the situation right. Critical: Quality, ValueI recently went here to see Emily Mathews, I had read Positive reviews for her work and so gave it a shot. I presented her with a picture of what I wanted which was a dark purple and we scheduled two sessions to achieve the color. The end result was not what I expected it seemed as if she guessed with my hair. I understand purple can be hard to achieve but my hair is currently shades of pinkish and light purple and if this wasn’t the best option for my hair type I would have appreciated the input. To make things worse, when I asked for it to be fixed or refunded I was reappointed for a third visit in which they could add the purple I wanted for an additional $150 or take a refund of $120 (not even half of what I paid). Krista is a personable, warm, caring person who also happens to be an artist when it comes to tattooing eyebrows! I grew up with no eyebrows and was very self conscious about it. I had my first experience with tattooing nearly 30 years ago, when the concept of cosmetic tattooing was quite new. Though I was grateful to have something more permanent than eyebrow pencil, they never looked totally real. They faded over time so finally I went to someone who specialized in microblading. The brows looked great for a while. But because the pigment is deposited so near to the skin surface, they faded in about a year. Early this year, I was referred to Krista by the person who trained her. She did an initial inking – and followed it some weeks later with a touch up. Her process is somewhere between straight tattoo and microblading. My brows look so natural. You can actually see the “hairs”. My husband even commented on her fine work.
