Horrible experience ! Paid $80 for a full set and FOUR nails fell off after 2 days. I went back to show her and she tried to give me $10 of my $80 dollars back saying I was picking them off then tried to say that they were falling off because “my nails are too tiny” but I’ve never had a problem with nails lasting anywhere else. She then said she would give me $30 if I left and never came back. So not worth it. Horrible service. Rude

Very disappointed. Their hours say they’re open till 7pm every day they are not they close before 6pm. I came in yesterday to get a fill and a pedicure. She started doing my fill and a lady came in saying that she had an appt scheduled. She forgot she had an appt to do so she rushed through my nails and said I was good to go and my nails were not dry from the gel. I went home and that night they started peeling and coming off. We scheduled yesterday for me to come in to get my toes done today so her appt wouldn’t wait any longer. We discussed between 5:45-6pm. I showed up at 6 after we work and the doors were locked and all the lights are off very unprofessional.

Rude and unprofessional. Not only did a make an appointment but I went in on said scheduled appointment and was told the lady didn’t show up and they had to reschedule. No call attempts to me, found out when I went in. Scheduled for the next day and walk in was told to sit down and lady worked on a walk in pedicure. No one said a word to me. Flat out a horrible business

I saw nothing but good reviews for this place and I had to try it out. Definitely nothing special, it was somewhat clean. The other nail tech that was there was on his phone constantly which would bother me if I was in his care. The design I wanted seemed far fetched but it was only a simple extended French tip so I didn’t get that. I spent an hour and a half getting a full set and gel, and had an appointment but they seemed to not care about that. Wasn’t a bad experience but I think I’ll try out some other place to get my nails done next time.

When I got to the shop the gentleman told me that at the current moment due to COVID, that they were appointments only.. he asked me what I came for and I told him a full set.. he said I got u.. now I am a VERY picky person when it comes to my shape, length, etc.. not only did he still service me but did an excellent job with my nails.. took his time and designed my nails wonderfully! The owner did my wife’s manicure and pedicure and my wife was in heaven. She took her time and made sure that my wife was comfortable and was happy with her work. This establishment was clean, neat and in order. The owner was very kind and super friendly…couldn’t ask for anything better. Now my wife is talking about her next visit and getting a full set with a design. With the price that I paid, I would not have a problem with my wife getting a upgrade. Fantastic job and of course I had to leave a tip.

My wife went here to have her nails done. The man who did her nails was not only rude but did not know what he was doing. Usually when she gets her nails done they will last 2-3 weeks without falling off. from here she had lost 4 nails by the 3rd day and the 9 were gone within 8 days. the man who did them ground her nails down until they were painful (so thin that she was in constant pain), when she asked him to stop he refused saying “to sit quiet and let the adults work”. Very professional…. when she complained after 8 days that the nails had fallen off the same man answered the phone, he claims to be the owner, and was rude and sarcastic, refusing to even hear her out let alone offer to make it right. Do Not Go Here.
