Absolutely LOVE this salon. The energy is always so welcoming an positive . They truly treat you like family, I’ve been looking for a salon like this for so long. An I finally found it , an I will recommend to absolutely anyone. They offer a variety of things, such as hair extensions , color , cuts, lash extensions, nails even ear piercings. My hairstylists name is Jacqueline! She’s one of THE BEST. truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a salon. An I will continue to go here no matter what ❤️

Love everything about it. Each hairdresser has been great and listens to what I want. Very skillful, creative and experienced. A couple years ago, I went to and called dozens of salons for a last-minute, necessary appointment for an event that came up suddenly. What I heard most was “No, it’s summer in Grand Haven.” “That’s the way it is.” “Too bad!” Some were very rude. I finally got online and explained what happened and asked if anyone could help….to please PM me. Many of the salons that said no to me personally responded very “sweetly” online where everyone could read it. The owner of the Lyn Phillips Salon was the only one who sent me a message and made an appointment for me. She was very understanding and kind and made an appointment right then. In addition, it is a beautiful, elegant salon, unlike any I have ever seen. Their beauticians are also nice people as well as being accommodating.

Jacquelyn is the most TALENTED women I have ever met. I had tape-in extensions for a long time and truly loved them. She convinced me to try something new with the sew-ins and I am at words beyond happy with them. She made me feel like a million dollars. I went from blonde hair to dark and she did t hesitate to make me feel like the most beautiful girl in the world. Words can not explain how great she is. First time at this salon I was a little nervous brand new stylist never been in the city before really needed a haircut badly. I was greeted by the receptionist, offered water, coffee, soda, and a welcome and a smile. Then I met the stylist, Miz Jacquelyn Royale. Before she even picked up her shears, she asked a lot of questions about what style I was looking for and how short I wanted my hair. She also recommended products that would help with my desired look. When I get back here, I have a go to stylist. Thanks to the whole crew that made my nervousness go away, and my new vacation look.

If I could i will give 0 review. I saw good review so I thought to give a try. Jacklyn was my hair lady.she messed up my hair I showed her picture for hightlight she said she will try do close to what I showed her in picture but she even didnot do close. When I talk to manager she try to tell its all my fault. said my hair is too dark I had boxed color which I have told when I made appointment. Manger told me to pay extra $75 to fix my hair. I already paid $200 for nothing. Next day I called 3 times for 3 days to talk to owner, they said she is busy leave massage, never get call back. This people are racist. The service was worst experience. I share my experience everyone I know.

If you want a good experience and a stylist that truly cares about her work go see Jacquelyn at Lynn Phillips! I went to a salon and left in tears with the results, photos will show why.. I reached out to Jacquelyn and showed her what had happened, and she didn’t even hesitate to come in on her day off and fix me up. She is absolutely talented, and doesn’t mind a challenge. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the service you receive! It was an absolutely amazing experience & I will recommend her to anyone and everyone that needs anything done, from hair color, hair cuts, hair extensions ect. I promise she won’t disappoint! 100/10 experience!

Lovely establishment and service! Salencia was always able to get me in last minute, even when no one else in the area could! She was always caring, charming, and paid the utmost attention to detail to anything I wanted done. From cutting off inches of hair to doing subtle dye jobs, Salencia was a star and I always left feeling like royalty!
