I didn’t like the way my nails came out. The guy told me he did exactly what I wanted ( my first time). Well I didn’t like it. I asked him if it’s hard to fix it. He said no. I asked if can fix it and I will pay for a whole new service. I looked at me and said with frustration that he didn’t have time because he had another person coming. The place was empty… and he had another female worker there… I paid and left. I was outside for 5 minutes calling another nail salon. He came outside to smoke a cigarette. No customer came… I went to the store and drove by 20 minutes later…. Still no one there….. the guy was just lazy… the place was empty because his people skills sucks…. And he is just not good…. So sad….

Tom and Lyn run a full service client based business in the Glens Falls area. I visit the area several times a year from California and am very particular about my nails. I have been coming to Tom for my nail services for 17 years and never go away disappointed in their services. They are honest, kind and gentle throughout the services and do their best to please clients. I’m happy to utilize their salon for all of my needs for pedicures and manicures.

First time going there. Salon was very clean and staff were very nice and personable. My mother and I both got pedicures. Ben was very good and patient with my mother, taking extra care not to hurt her. Lyn did an exceptional job with mine as well. They promptly cleaned the area when we were done.
