Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueA very hostile and unfriendly environment for people of my race. There is a very emotionally disconnected male barber here who is in fact the only male barber here. He has rudely refused to cut my hair twice. They gave me and my son a very bad haircut and made us pay more than other customers. Please, can someone advice this male barber to place a notice stating that races other than his are not welcome here. A very hostile and unfriendly environment for people of my race. There is a very emotionally disconnected male barber here who is in fact the only male barber here. He has rudely refused to cut my hair twice. They gave me and my son a very bad haircut and made us pay more than other customers. Please, can someone advice this male barber to place a notice stating that races other than his are not welcome here. I hate nonsense

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve gone to them 3 times and they do not receive walk-ins well. They took my allergies as a sign I had Covid and they didn’t refuse to serve me they just talked about me like I wasn’t there. Clearly they didn’t believe I had allergies and didn’t want to serve me so I left. It was highly irresponsible of them. I asked them if they wanted me to wear a mask and they said no but they still spoke about me as if I wasn’t in the room!!! I’ve gone to them 3 times and they do not receive walk-ins well. They took my allergies as a sign I had Covid and they didn’t refuse to serve me they just talked about me like I wasn’t there. Clearly they didn’t believe I had allergies and didn’t want to serve me so I left. It was highly irresponsible of them. They’ve left my hair terrible a couple of times but I decided to give them one more chance. I ended up getting a haircut from a young barber, worst haircut I’ve ever received. He finished in under 5 minutes and got me surprised. You’re basically paying for them to mess up your hair. When I got home I noticed my hair was messed up in every way possible. Terrible. Do not recommend. All barbers talk way too much and get distracted easily. They’ve left my hair terrible a couple of times but I decided to give them one more chance. I ended up getting a haircut from a young barber, worst haircut I’ve ever received. He finished in under 5 minutes and got me surprised. You’re basically paying for them to mess up your hair. When I got home I noticed my hair was messed up in every way possible. Never going back there again they need more training.

Robert did my hair and it was the worst experience I’ve had. First he quoted me $80 then the owner came in and argued with him on the quote and said they could do it for $120. Next he kept on talking and talking. Don’t get me wrong conversation is nice as long as you can do it while still focusing on your work. Then I asked him not to cut my hair, he decided to thin it out . He was all over the place while blow drying hair my hair that some of my hair ended up getting caught inside his solution was to cut it. Finally once he started straightening it he did it in such a hurry that he ended up pulling my hair with the comb. lastly when I got home I noticed he only did the retouch on my roots on the top of my head and missed To add highlights on the bottom right side of my head. Again terrible work!!
