I would give a 0 but that isn’t possible so I give you a ONE. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, MY NAILS CAME OUT HORRIDLY, they rushed through my nails all because some guy came in and demanded to get his pedicure immediately, the girl agreed and rushed through my nails and they came out terrible they are flat as anything and I paid 55$ for literal acrylic NUBS!! DO NOT COME HERE I REPEAT DO NOT YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY!!!

The pics says it all, rushed/uneven filing/ lumpy gel and still had to pay full priced sadly. If you wanna get your toes painted here maybe they’ll do a good job but it’s kinda pushing it at this point. A woman before me was complaining already at the service and for the girl not painting nails right and I should have seen that as a warning before wasting money.

My lady friend visited here for a holiday nail theme. A nail painter woman colored her nails red and green for Christmas… however, in the order that this woman applied the polish to my girls fingernails the polish began to fall off wholly in that order..i.e. pointer finger, middle finger, ring finger,, etc…right hand first…unsatisfactory on your part L Y Nails. Perhaps I can suggest changing your businesses name to, We Lie about nails….

Actually the most terrible experience. I never write reviews but wow. The people were rude to start and the man doing my nails was going as fast as he possibly could when it was not crowded. My nails came out unbelievably crooked, the polish is splotchy, literally anything wrong that could be wrong. The place was so messy/dirty and seemed overall very unsanitary. It was overpriced, they didn’t want to do any design and said it would be an extra $15 for a simple flower. Don’t waste your money or time here.

I only went (a couple of months ago) to get my gel polish off, and they didn’t even do it right.. seemed rushed and annoyed. Absolutely hated it. If I can give them less than zero review I would 🙂 my nails are still growing out and they are still very thin. DO NOT GO THERE. Manicure

If I could give it no stars I would. Saying this is absolutely the worse place I’ve ever gotten my nails done is an understatement. I got both an ANC manicure and pedicure. Never have I had my toe polish start to chip after a day. On my manicure there were nicks and chips before the week was over. Overall just terrible work. My second and last time there. Which is too bad because I’m here on business all summer and this is the closest place to where I’m staying. Guess I’ll try the other nail salon at this mall. Keeping my fingers crossed

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am in shock. This was my first time getting my nails done at this place and LAST TIME. I had already had my nails done before arriving, so I thought they would soak them (just like every place I’ve ever gone to would do) and they didn’t soak them. They RIPPED them off and ripped my REAL nail off with them. My fingers were bleeding!!! I was scared to say anything so i allowed her to do what she needed to do with my nails. She stopped the bleeding and kept going with the job. Then she cut them without asking me what length I wanted first. She then did the style I wanted, but she did it so fast and clumsy that they look awful. On top of her doing them fast, her and her coworkers were all having a very passionate conversation, with raised voices and aggressive tones. The French tip is bumpy, uneven, and the color is scattered. The shape is awful too. I wanted square and these are just not what the examples in their place look like. I can’t believe they think this is an adequate job. Most painful nail experience I’ve ever endured. I didn’t want to be mean though so I paid and left. I had already had my nails done before arriving, so I thought they would soak them (just like every place I’ve ever gone to would do) and they didn’t soak them.
