Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst time doing dip nails and at this salon and the technician did such a horrible job! He was a much older man that did not talk at all. Not happy at all with my service. I got a dip manicure last week and the tech was very frustrated with me because I’m double jointed and he couldn’t get my finger to move the way he wanted. Whatever, not a big deal. My nails looked great when they were done. 3 DAYS LATER, I got a chip in my thumb nail. Then 3 days after that I had 2 more nails completely chip. For the price I paid for a dip manicure that should NEVER happen. Needless to say I will NOT be coming back to this salon.

i went in to get my acrylics removed, and they literally just pulled all of them off. no soaking or anything. typically, when you get acrylics taken off, they get soaked before pulling them off. they just yanked them all off. and when i was making a face because it hurt because the man was pulling my actual nail with it, and ripping my nails, the man literally sat and laughed in my face, making fun of me. he was very rude. then, i got to the register to pay, and the woman demanded that i pay cash, instead of card. (they didn’t tell me this before i was serviced). i don’t typically complain, but this was the worst service i have ever received at a nail salon. i really liked the man who did my nails initially at this location, but unfortunately i won’t be returning due to this experience.

I booked for a specific nail technician on line. I did not get my assigned tech and was then passed between 3 people for my gel manicure & pedicure. The management and technicians do nothing to make you feel special or that you are getting value for the services. I was made to feel like I was on a conveyor belt being passed from person t person, while the television kept repeated a video of scantily clad women posing in bath suits. Not appropriate. Not a quality establishment. I had gone to this location repeatedy and I have seen the quality of the emplyees go down . No one ever smiles working here. I will not go back after this last attempt for service.

I called to ask how much a pedicure was. When I got there as soon as she saw my child and my friend (that was going to watch my child while I got my pedicure!. She said we only do appointments, no walk INS. There was nobody in there it was 11am. There was 1 lady waiting. I said I just called 10 minutes ago you should have said that over the phone. I went there once before to get a full set not impressed. I won’t bother ever again. Nice location too bad service is terrible. Quality work not worth the wait to even book an appointment!
