Amazing experience every time! Lori and Rilee are amazing and everyone that works with them. They really listen to what you want to accomplish and help you get to that point. Based on my experiences, they really do care for you and your goals. I love how they have made it an effort to get to know me personally and that they create such an inviting and loving environment!! Macy is also amazing as well! She usually works the front desk and she is super helpful in providing her own experiences with the treatments and helping me figure out scheduling as well. I have had the opportunity to have a few treatments done with Lori at LW Skincare and I have loved the experience each time! My first experience was with a hair analysis, Lori did a great job at making me feel comfortable, she is so knowledgable and really made me feel like she wanted help me find the causes of my issues. I left feeling empowered with a plan to make changes towards a healthier life. I also had the opportunity to have a facial massage and sit under the treatment lights. The massage was amazing, so relaxing! Once again I felt very comfortable and Lori was good to explain what she was doing as well as asking to make sure the pressure was good. I am looking forward to going back for my hair analysis follow up appointment and plan to use LW Skincare for any other needs that arise.

I absolutely love this clinic. 2 years ago, they saved my skin and I’ve been a consistent costumer since for my favorite products! Not only are the knowledgeable, but so kind and welcoming. A month ago, I was out of a product and went into the store to pick it up only to find out they were out of it! Lori herself offered to drive TO HER HOUSE to get me an extra bottle she had there. Luckily, they found one at the last minute but I was so impressed by that gesture. That made me a customer for life!
