Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Valuei had a horrible experience here . my daughter and i can here for a mani pedi 1/22 . please don’t give these people business there are so many other options with professional staff . this picture is how she was going to leave my nails . i asked her nicely to fix it and make them looks even and she rolled her eyes saying it’s too late because she has already applied the top coat and argued with me that it only looks uneven because they’re opposite toes but they have two flowers so they’re even . so she says she’s not going to fix them says i’m too picky and then she says if i don’t like it i can always go somewhere else. she says they are always busy and have a lot of customers and don’t need me to come back. so i tell her to drop it and act professional and she keeps ranting in her language and i take a picture to keep as proof and she says she’s going to erase the whole design so she grabs the file tool and erases it all and paints my nail one solid color and tell me im mean . so we get done and are getting ready to go and my daughter is crying ..i’m crying cause she is scared and i’m sad that this ruined her birthday present .. and all the other staff sit back and say or do nothing to this lady that is clearly being unprofessional. i used to be a happy customer with them but afer this i’ll never be back . also over prices i paid them 82$ for my gel pedicure and my daughters gel finger and nail polish ( no mani pedi for her ) .Services: Gel manicures, Pedicurei had a horrible experience here . my daughter and i can here for a mani pedi 1/22 . please don’t give these people business there are so many other options with professional staff . this picture is how she was going to leave my nails . i …More
