DOESN’T MATTER WHERE I LIVE- I WILL ALWAYS TRAVEL TO OXON HILL FOR MY NAILS. These ladies are so kind and so professional. Very consistent service at an affordable price. My nails always last AT LEAST a month. Go on the weekdays or early on Saturday for short wait!

Nails service was good. However, customer service and character development need improving. While I’m being serviced other customers are walking in and they are telling the walk in customers they can’t do whatever they need done because they have appointments scheduled. Lies. I was getting serviced and observed everything that was happening. They will lie by saying they have clients with appointments scheduled. Not sure if they size you up and low key deny service by lying but they aren’t honest people.

Went here for most of the summer (convenience.) Watched the owner and staff be plenty rude to several black women; ages 20-60. They have a weird way of letting you know 5ppl are ahead of you (but just walked in.) They do not like explaining anything in detail, especially the price or how they came to it. Owner is the rude one. Find another nail salon, don’t patronize ppl who have a problem explaining their services.

I like how they did my nails the first time and best of all it lasted a while very good for the price I live in VA and manicure is slightly more expensive however I go to MD to visit family and my sister took me to LV1 nails. Anyways I give it only 3 stars because today In And had an unpleasant experience. Smell is bad too but I guess it’s okay it’s a nail salon after all.

I love coming here but only if I have an appointment with Ny. She is very good and I am pleased with her work. If I let any of the other nail techs there do my nails (full set/fill in), my gel set normally chips within 5 days. I recommend Ny and make an appointment with her !

WORSE nail experience EVER! I just went there and I attempted to get a full set, as soon as I got there I told her I wanted them super thin and i wanted them pointy. Once she put the tips on and started filing them it was obvious she didn’t know what she was doing. After she did the second nail I told her that I wanted them shorter and she said in a minute. She never made them short or fix the ones that were crooked. A second lady had to come and finish/ fix my nails and she made them even more crooked. She applied the actual acrylic and I told her I wanted it thinner and she continued to make most of them thick minus 3 that are thinner than the others. She told me she would file them to be thinner and never did I left without her applying the nail polish and went to Zen nails not too far from there. It was great the man, Jess, was friendly and listened to my horrible experience and fixed them perfectly.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Apparently their gel polish only lasts 5 days! According to the owner. Unless you like spending 35 on a gel set that chips In 5 days, don’t come. And they are terrible at acrylics. Lumpy bumpy thick and uneven, which caused my gel to raise and chip which they refused to fix. Nasty attitudes and no talent here whatsoever. And I came on a TEUSDAY and they did not offer me 15 percent off my gel set as it was advertised outside and inside the shop. Terrible I will never be back!

I won’t be returning. My sister’s manicure chipped within hours and my fullset was horrible. My nails looked like bubbles and lifted terribly. I did not get the shape that I wanted and the nail tech wasn’t good at doing nails at all. I had to try and redirect her about my nails several times and she still did a botched job. I won’t ever return.
