I worked with Ver, she was wonderful. I will return but I am bummed that one of my nails already chipped. I am right handed & work on a keyboard all day. I however use gloves while doing dishes. Next time I’m just going to mention this. My polish only last a little over 10 days before chipping. I’m no angry by any means, this happens & for the price & customer service I will return. Just keep in mind when getting shellac / gel that this can happen. It’s not always due to the method of application or polish. I still recommend their location.

I had gel polish on my toes, and the guy doing my pedicure, acted like he didn’t know how to get it off. I said they usually drill it off and soak them. He had me picked off my old gel polish. Then he overfilled the water and then had to empty it out and start over again. Then filled it up with hot water and I kept telling him it was hot. I kept my foot out of the water and he started working on my other toe and he said you need to keep your foot in the water. I said no it’s too hot. He ignored me, another worker walked by and took water out and added cold water for me. When he finally started painted my toe nails, it looked horrible. I told him, my chair is too far away from you, my legs were hurting trying to reach him. But the chair was broke. I asked if we could move to another seat. He ignored me and just kept painting over the nail polish. My toes looked like a child painted them. I finally went to the front and said I’m not paying for this, as he ran around the place talking about me to everyone. Very immature and unprofessional. The manager said he could fix them and he did and it looks great! I’ve been coming here for years and that was the worst experience ever. That guy should not be working there. Get rid of him before this happens to more people. No apology from anyone. No discount. Nothing.

I got a full set of acrylics with regular polish for $60. The people there were very nice and i didn’t have a problem with them. My problem however is one nail is crooked and they already looked like there was a week of growth right after i got them done. due to that they started lifting shortly after. i feel that what i spent was not worth this service. 10 or 15 dollars cheaper is more worth this service in my opinion.

Went a few weeks ago for a pedi with my friend. The workers we got were fresh out of school & young. They were very nice & did a good job. My massage coulda been a little longer as it’s the best part & my friends massage lasted forever lol I initially was going to get gel on my toes but it was $30 extra so wasn’t worth it to me. I got the regular polish & it was just as good & is still on my toes. It’s a little over priced imo..but what isn’t these days. (I got the Deluxe Pedi)

Guy was rude charge me 38 polish change on a kid inside the mall it’s 15 sad part they charge me the same for mines! Yes but why was a 10 year old polish change same price as mines like I said took her inside mall they charge 38 for mines and 15 for her !!!!! Makes no sense a child is being charged as an adult then the guy was a get smart same guy my first time coming tried changing me 98 for polish change

My nails came out cute BUT when I was getting them done the man cut me with the drill abt 2 times & when I got home my nails hurt anything I touched made them feel very uncomfortable will not be going back natural nails are 100% better ! Wish I could give 1 star Acrylic nails

I have come to LV for many years for nail services. I came in for a pedi & full set prior to vacation. My pedicure, although extremely expensive, went well & looked great. I am extremely disappointed in my full set. This is the first time ever in having my nails done that they just didn’t look good. I am unsure of how long the guy doing my nails has actually been performing nail services. I wanted french & he pretty much talked me into the white tips instead of paint & I felt this was simply because he didn’t want to paint the tips. Shortcut for him I guess. My nails did not last even thru vacation. Less than a week later I had lifting on 4 different nails. I will frequent another recommended salon going forward.
