My mother and I took my 4 yr old with us to get our nails done (at her request) they were so patient with her. My mom and I got SNS nails done while she got a gel mani/pedi. The timing was perfect and so were the results. Forgot to get pics of mom’s nails. My technician was able to do some gel art on top of the SNS. The price was competitive and the facilities clean. Great service, fun experience. A great location if you have errands to run before or after.

I’ve been here dozens of times with wishy washy service but since it’s by my house it’s convenient. Today’s experience was the final one. I went in for a basic mani and pedi. $37 charge, before they even fished I was asked to pay which is common so you don’t mess up your nails. I paid and left 30% tip as always. I signed and before they started painting my nails the woman who was doing my mani looks at the tip gets snorts and is visibly upset then speaks in her native tongue to the woman doing my pedi. Apparently my tip wasn’t enough. Little did they know I had cash waiting for them until this incident.( I usually tip on my card then give them a little extra so they don’t get deductions since I understand how cosmo field pay works) Completely unprofessional and once I was done I looked at my nails. It wasn’t painted correctly. I asked for them to be fixed. Not only did the rude one roll her eyes and pretend to fix it but I had to ask the woman who did my pedi to correct it. When I called the owner to let him know he didn’t seem to care. He offered to speak to the rude employee but frankly the damage is done. Never again. It’s a shame because I’ve spend so much money at this place since I usually get acrylics with gel top coat. Maybe next time teach your customers as you’d want to be treated. it’s truly a shame your employee treats customers. You lost a very loyal customer today.
