Best pedicures ever. They really know how to do SNS. The nail techs do a fabulous job and they don’t rush even when the business is booming which is always. If there is something wrong with a service, the manager goes above and beyond to make it right for the client. Critical: ProfessionalismI usually LOVE LV nails and they do a great job, but I went yesterday and I was extremely disappointed and probably wont be back. I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted and asked if she could do the design and she said she could. When she started it was fine but she quickly because very rough and filed my nails down way too short and extremely rough to the point that it reached my skin. I said it hurt three different times and she kept vigorously filing the same spot. On top of that she redid the design three different times because she just could not do it and instead of asking someone else to take over she redid it and it turned out horrible and nothing like the photo.
