I walked into LV Nails one week after I got my nails done somewhere else. I was not happy with how they looked and LV made them so nice! I needed a pedicure and was lucky to get a same day appointment. They did such a great job, I booked another appointment for me and my mom and I also got a full set of nails. I hadn’t had nails in like 20 years and I am IN LOVE with how they look now! This is where I will be going from now on. They are fast and friendly, the price is great and their work is quality!

I was there around 10 the other day and I was so sad to see how terribly the owner treated a young woman who was sitting next to me. I was there for the entire encounter. (This was not the first time I’ve had a not so pleasant experience I should add.) The owner actually kicked a woman out because one nail technician cut all of her nails off and she wanted to have him replace the set since he cut them down too far. The customer was being very nice and simply asked for the nails to be fixed. The owner was furious told the lady to leave and preceded to abruptly take polish out of the customers hand and yell at her. Nail polish was everywhere even on the customers shirt. They called the police for some reason and blocked the door so the young daughter and herself couldn’t leave. The child started crying for she didn’t understand why they were telling at her mom. The customer finally got it of the door and the two nut jobs (owner and nail technician) chased her to her vehicle. What a disgraceful experience. My teenage daughter and I will NEVER be back.
