Very nice technicians, short staffed. Pedicure chair was not working for 1 of the 3 of us. It was the chair the second from the back. Did not file nails well or get much dead skin off. It took 2 hours just for the 3 of us to get our basic $35 pedicures. Was not offered flip flops until the very end when we were looking like we were getting ready to leave.

Really disappointed. I visited and went in to get a gel manicure. There is nothing more confidence building than your nail tech telling you how horrible the color is and that it isn’t balanced with your hands. Then when you ask what to do you can’t change the color or offers recommendations. I was getting my nails done for a trip and left upset. I think she could tell after and told me it looked “better”.

Took my daughter in to have her nails done for her birthday she’s turning 6 years old. The lady that did her nails didn’t interact with her seemed irritated that she had to do her nails. She wanted rainbow nails so she picked 5 colors that also seemed to irritate the lady. When we left they were back and forth on the price she wanted to charge 20 because it was 5 colors but she is five years old and her nails are so tiny I don’t see why it would have change the price. I’m happy the other worker spoke up and said 15 because what’s the difference for getting different colors other than she had to grab them off the shelf. The young lady who did my nails was wonderful though. She had did my nails last time I came in and again my nails look great. Probably won’t be going back though because I feel she could have been nicer to my daughter.
