Our tools are cleaned and sterilized under sterilizer machines before we use it on customers. So today I booked an appointment at this nail salon. This was my 3rd time coming there. They don’t really do good nails here but they are decent. I made my appointment with Kevin, he is the owner I guess. He was very rude because I saw imperfections in his work! I very politely by the way told him that you can see the acrylic separating from the nail. He got upset and told me to stop talking. I asked him to repeat himself because I was overwhelmed by him comments. I’m here spending my money in here like everyone else! I don’t know one woman that wouldn’t ask something to be fixed if need be. Kevin was very belittling just because I wanted my nails done correctly. I am in my 40’s and I have never had a nail tech tell me to stop talking when I see imperfections. I am new to the area and its hard finding a good nail salon. Don’t spend your hard working money here. They are not worth it!!!! Period!!!!

I get the gel X nails, and I absolutely love them! Kathy is wonderful at bringing all of my designs to life! She does an excellent job with all of her designs. She really pays attention to detail! I recommend everyone try her out! Thank you Kathy for always doing a wonderful job on my nails! I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years and she is the absolute best! I am so glad I found her and will continue to see her!! I love that I can tell her to pick something and make it pretty and she always does! I like that they do your cuticles at the end of your manicure. Most places want to charge you extra and she doesn’t!

Got a full set and a pedicure here. The tools came fresh out of a sanitized bag and for me that’s always a good sign. The pedicure was incredible but my full set was a bit less than perfect but I am admittedly very picky. 9/10.

Would NOT RECOMMEND!!! Received a pedicure (all pedicures included foot scrub) I got the $55 pedicure because the only difference in prices were different water and a longer massage (which I never wanted the massage but willing to pay same price) I got plenty of lotion but not ONCE were my feet scrubbed! Just lazy terrible service! I shouldn’t have to pay more for the exact same services for you to do your job!! Do NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Critical: Quality, ValueI will start off with the only positive of my experience here, the woman that gave me a pedicure was good. However, I got a callus remover treatment and my feet are not soft. As for my fill, I knew it wasn’t going to be very good as soon as the older gentleman sat down and asked if it was okay that he do my nails . I don’t think he is lisenced because he does not know how to shape or smooth the nails at all! I asked for a simple design at the start and he said he wouldn’t be able to do it and that I would have to wait but he never said it would be over 25 minutes to do so. I left without getting a design of any kind after being there for 2 hours I don’t think the service was worth $99 plus tip. Here is my tip to the business owner, employ people that know how to do their JOB.EDIT: I contacted the manager of this salon and they refused to send proof of the technicians license. They also only refunded $35 for this awful service that I had to get done again somewhere else.
