I just flew in from Seattle and I had nail dip done from another place near my hometown, I ripped them off and really needed a good manicure and pedicure. I’m staying in the heart of Reno downtown and needed to find a place close by and discovered LV Nails/Spa Nails on Google maps, I really liked the photos of the nail work done so decided to walk here. (Beautiful day btw Feb 2022)

I came here because I am from Cali and need to have a pedicure done and my nails while on vacation. The guy was very rude because my nail was hurting and wouldn’t come off which is why I came to have my nails done in the first place. I got my pedicure done and sat with my nails half off for a good 30 mins. A woman walked in and they took her to the chair to get her nails done immediately. All around not a good experience at all and would not recommend. Terrible customer service

I have bee coming here for 4 years. The new owners taken over right after Covid. They have been absolutely fantastic. The quality of work is amazing, they’re so friendly, sweet, professional. Sometimes I can’t make appointments I just have to walk in and they make it work for me and them even if I can’t make it in for a month. my nails are beat up and broken, they make them thicker for me since I’m so rough on them. I appreciate them for the service and their time. Give them a try I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been here a couple of times for pedicures and they were OK but nothing special. This time I got a mani-pedi and the mani was horrible so uneven at the cuticle. I’ve had better manicures at the beauty school. I’m looking elsewhere next time.

Earth Angel
Came in needing a pedi for me and a full set for a friend. We sat for 40 minutes while being watched. I needed to pick up my baby and knew they wouldn’t get to me in time. As I got up to leave, they then started to tell me they had so many people ahead of us and so more. Would have been better to say that in the first place. We are busy and the wait will be long, could you come back later or maybe tomorrow? Instead I wasted my time. Probably would’ve been another hour and a half before we were tended to. I liked this place and always brought my friends, but I don’t think i will anymore.
