This place has bad reviews but its probably their competition. Its in the cut, a hidden gem. Im a Man, i had a bad ingrown nail and Mariana and one other lady took great care of me. The shop itself is updated and was clean. Good vibes in this place. They got rid of my pain as well as giving me a few pointers for my foot hygiene. I walked in without an appointment I waited about 5 minutes but it was as soon as they had opened. They work they do is fantastic. Anyone visiting Del Rio should go HERE. Its comfortably behind the Motel 6. 5 minute walk. Cheers ladies.

I had been going to LV Nails for quite some time. However on several occasions I would get there and the person (Laura) I had an appointment with was not there. The last time the receptionist sent her a message and I waited around a few minutes for a response. I also sent her a message since I had her personal cell phone number. she never responded to either one of us. I finally stood up and walked out. No one there offered any alternative for getting my nails done. Needless to say I will never be back. What’s the point of making an appointment if they can’t keep the appointment.

Would give zero stars if I could. Seemed very professional in asking for my information to set up an appointment, which was reassuring. Come my appointment day, which was at noon, I had to wait for over an hour to not be seen. I ended up canceling my appointment. The owner was available but still choose to wait for the other girl to finish her first client so I could see her.

I was a huge fan of this nail salon for several months and always went to them for my acrylics and brows. However, on 3 separate occasions over the past few months, I called to make an appointment a couple of weeks in advance and listened to someone write it down over the phone and confirm the details, only to show up for my appointment and be told that the appointment doesn’t exist. The most recent time was on my birthday this past weekend and I had scheduled my entire day around that nail appointment (so, disappointing to say the least). They do a great job and I’ve always been super happy to give them my business, but I’ll be going elsewhere from now on because it’s clear that you are not able to rely on a scheduled appointment with them.
