This place does best sets of nails that are long lasting (I’ve never had one broken or chipped off) and affordable. They can do beautiful designs too! The staff make me feel welcome everytime. I went to LV Tuesday the 30th of August. I’ve usually never had a bad experience in my 7 years of going. But the date that I went; I went to get my usual acrylics done by a new person. By the 3rd of September my index finger acrylic had already popped off and I was starting to feel some pain in my pinky finger. Lo and behold- it was a nail infection, probably from the unsanitary equipment. Shortly thereafter, it was clear to see that my pinky finger had become infected. I went back to LV on Wednesday after going to the doctor to have the nail removed. First, when I told the salon the problem they somehow tried to imply that I was at the wrong nail salon..when that didn’t work they implied that the infection was somehow my fault. In the end, I finally got the nail removed and LV gave me only a $30 gift card with no apology whatsoever. Now that I’ve had all my acrylics removed, I can see the tell tale signs of infections on other nails as well as my big toenail. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with this nail salon.

Went in for a pedicure and finger nail polish. Manicurist was very rushed and did a sloppy job. I asked her to correct it and she got bothered that I asked her to change it. When I went to pay I was explaining to the lady at the register the sloppiness of the nails, she offered for the same lady to correct it and I told her no because she was already mad that I had already asked her to correct it. After them talking back and forth in Vietnamese the original lady who did my nails grabbed my hand and started removing the nail polish very aggressively to where I had to just pull my hand away from her. I asked for them to call the manager and first she says she didn’t answer. When she was standing in front of me the whole time she never called. And I told her you didn’t even call, she says, well she is on vacation. These are not the same owners/staff from before. Very rude and don’t care to do good work. Don’t waste your time with them because you will end up having to go somewhere else to get it corrected.

This is my favorite nail shop to get my nails done! I’ve been going here for at least 3 years probably even longer. If I had anything negative to say it’d be that they are ALWAYS packed lol but that’d be a good thing for them. But Jennifer, Amber & Brenda are the only techs I’d let work on me and I am never disappointed, and the prices are not bad either. Love it here.
