My mom got her nails done at LV nails on 11/10. When she went in she did not like the atmosphere. The nail technician that was helping my mom seemed to have a negative attitude. Other nail technicians where trying to hurry the nail technician that helped my mom. Overall the initial appointment was a bad experience. For context my mom had a shellac manicure done. Today Nov 19th we had to go in because her nail color started to come off and the little fall leaves design had come off. Her shellac did not even last one week . I called to ask for a refund so that my mom could go to a different nail salon. (P.S. the best one in Broken Arrow is VN#2 salon.) Anyways they said she could not get a refund because it had been more than 4 days since she go her nails done. We tried discussing with the owner that my mom would be more comfortable with a refund because we felt that why get it done at the same place when it could happen again. Anyways we were left unsatisfied they could only give my mom a new shellac manicure. I will give further updates if her nails started to peel again.

My wife has gone there for a long time but the last 3 times she’s been there she is charged 3 different prices for the exact same thing. She always gives them a nice tip and is pleased with her nails but why the price difference all within 3 months. Manicure

First they didn’t listen to me. Half way through my Pedicure I asked why I wasn’t getting the deluxe I had asked for ..they attempted to halfway correct it. I then had a full set none. My cuticles weren’t even touched (matter of fact I’m having to clean them up). Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I have a wedding to go to tomorrow…thanks a lot

The atmosphere is welcoming and there is fun pop music playing in the background. The massage chairs for pedicures line one wall, while the opposing wall has desks for manicures. Instead of choosing your nail color from the wall, a swatch is handed to you so that you may choose a color from a painted artificial nail, showing you the actual color appearance. A menu is also available with a generous selection of free beverages as well as the pricing of their nail services. My daughter and I had a great experience here and plan to return when we want another day of relaxation.

Did the management change? They seem to do things differently than the people I’m used to. It’s different not seeing Louis. They all liked to talk and now it’s all quiet and it seems like it’s empty sometimes which is so different. They did do a good job on my nails, but I dont like that there are new people☹️
