I went there for the first time, and I was hoping for a good experience. I had to wait extra time while my friends were getting their nails done even though we came at the same time. That didn’t really bother me, but there were flies EVERYWHERE bunching up on every chair. After waiting, the guy who did my nails didn’t really file them correctly and left so much acrylic on the sides of my nails. After taking them off, my nails are completely destroyed. My nails are very thin and it hurts to really do anything. My nails used to grow super strong and healthy before I went here. But now my nails feel very weak and thin.

I have never went a better nail salon! They don’t hurt your fingers and the integrity of the nails and their work is outstanding. Nails last a long time without chipping or falling off. The wait is ultra long if you don’t have an appointment, but it’s worth it.

I came in to get a fill done. I asked if they would get me out by 130. It take roughly an hour. It was 12:10. So I knew if they couldn’t get done in time I couldn’t get my nails done and it was my only chance. I u til 2 to be done and on my way. I could have gone down the street. They said they could also get me in. I stayed and ended up ruining my only chance for 4 days. An honest, I don’t know, would have worked and at least I would have been prepared to deal with it.

I was a walk-in 1 and half hours before close. Rose was selected as my stylist and hooked me up with the BEST (YUP ) Manicure & Pedicure I’ve ever had. She got in there and took out an ingrown I didn’t know I had, no pain and no blood. She’s a beast, be sure to tip her! #SatisfiedCustomer I am

I went to this nail salon twice, and both times I was disappointed. Both times the Dip Powder didn’t last very long, and although the pedicure was okay, I just don’t feel like the nail technician did a good job painting with the Gel. Additionally, the wait was gruesomely long, usually over an hour, and the quality of the Dip Powder is lacking. After my first time I vowed never to return, but I actually mean it this time. I’m not even upset, just disappointed in myself for wasting my time and money.

I went in to get a leg wax, and did not come out happy. If you don’t have enough experience in waxing legs why would you offer the service? I paid $50 when it should’ve been a $25 service for two half legs when both of my legs still have hair on them :/. They started waxing random places on my leg that ended up making the hair removal really patchy. Due to them doing that I had to keep telling them that there was still more hair patches that were missed. The technique was off and very sloppy. The customer experience wasn’t bad at all but I was not happy with how my service.

I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but this place is top notch. In town for a visit and decided to get a pedicure, they are on level with bigger market areas. Not much to look at on the outside but the place was clean and the staff was very friendly. I will come here again the next time I’m in the area. Pedicure
