Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy first time at LV Nails was a decent experience. Leaving the shop I was satisfied with my pedicure & eye brow waxing , wasn’t really feeling the nails . 2 days laters nails get to popping off so easily that i just look at my hand & a nail would be off . I have NEVER experienced this before with any nail techs I spent $130 with them just for my nails to pop off 2 days later ?? Somebody needs to hold this place accountable . My first time at LV Nails was a decent experience. Leaving the shop I was satisfied with my pedicure & eye brow waxing , wasn’t really feeling the nails . 2 days laters nails get to popping off so easily that i just look at my hand & a nail would be off . So normally I don’t do this but I’m not happy. I used to be able to wear my nails for at least 6 wks before getting them done again! Not lately!! I went 09/6 and on 09/13 my right middle finger was lifted up and on 09/14 the left middle was lifted up. That is not considered good quality work. Owners need to start making sure all of their technicians are as skilled as they are for the money they want to charge.

Came in here and Kevin did my nails. He was very thorough with the shape which I really appreciate. He took his time and they all look uniform in my eyes. They are clean, the only reason I am not giving this place 5 stars is because the prices are a little higher than what I’m used to. I live outta state so nails are cheaper back home. But my girlfriend is a consistent customer and she is always happy.

The owners of the place was extremely welcoming but unfortunately the person who did my acrylics did a poor job( owners did not do my nails), I showed the man who did my nails a design and right away he had an attitude, I told him exactly how I wanted my nails with the color and he showed no effort at all to try and understand what I wanted. Two days later the nail polish started peeling off on its own. He did a somewhat good job on the shape but he didn’t follow the design that I wanted. I would say that the person who did my feet did a wonderful job on taking care of me while constantly asking questions making sure I was happy with my care.

He pulled out the dremel and proceeded to take off my polish, and my toe nail. He did not stop until I told him TWICE that it burned. He had to be reminded to be gentle two more times. The ‘massage’ was more like a smack down. Very percussive. And my freshly pedicures nails are catching in my sheets. You get in quick but this is my second time having Kevin he is very detailed with his work but when he is in a rush my shape getsoff . There was a dent in the middle of my nails . I’m in cosmetology so I expect the same treatment as the first client I was one of the last ones of the day so I expected the same quality . They broke easy because of that
