Critical: QualityI’ve been here a couple of times and my experience has been pretty pleasant. This last time I went- I got my toes done and a full set. I initially told the woman I didn’t want a full set becuase I was going to run out of time.. she insisted. She started to do my nails as I was getting my pedicure and rushed entirely through the whole thing. I’ve been here a couple of times and my experience has been pretty pleasant. This last time I went- I got my toes done and a full set. I initially told the woman I didn’t want a full set becuase I was going to run out of time.. she insisted. She started to do my nails as I was getting my pedicure and rushed entirely through the whole thing. I got my nails done on Wednesday and they are already lifting like I got them done weeks ago.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityTwo employees in the shop. Both friendly. Rushing through my manicure to get to the customers coming through the door for their appointments. (A women came in for a 1pm appt and they got to her 40mins later.)I had acrylics and gel polish. The acrylic was applied too thick, uneven and caked under the nail. The polish did not cover the side or front edge of nail. They wanted to fix the problem and I didn’t let them. They messed up every step of the process, so I didn’t think there was a reason to waste more time for them to correct it. Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy nails have never looked this bad! They are all uneven and so thick! They did such a sloppy job and cut me multiple times. I always get acrylics and fills elsewhere and I’ve never been hurt so many times. You can see the damage in my nail under the acrylics… they got acrylic all over my skin too! My nails have never looked this bad! They are all uneven and so thick! They did such a sloppy job and cut me multiple times. I always get acrylics and fills elsewhere and I’ve never been hurt so many times. You can see the damage in my nail under the acrylics… they got acrylic all over my skin too! Now I have to go get my nails done again and spend more money somewhere else!
