I tried LV nails for the first time today for acrylic removal and a manicure. I was initially impressed by how beautiful the interior is and how kind the front desk guy was but I left disappointed. I was served by Jack, who was nice but was not thorough. My nails were not the same length, shaped weirdly, I had acrylic residue under my nails and I was told I was good to leave before they were even relatively dry and they were a mess before I got to my car. I can never bring myself to speak up because I don’t want to upset anyone, but I did leave unhappy.

Went with my husband for a manicure day and it was so sad. First we couldn’t find parking then we are sitting and waiting even though we had an appointment, 2 women came in after us and where seated. Next they rushed through our manicures. I got just a forearm massage. My husband’s took 8 minutes and his nails are uneven looks terrible . We could of done a better job of it. I ended up with polish on my skin and bleeding cuticles. It was so rushed! We spent more time waiting then getting our treatment. I’m very disappointed and they didn’t do the steam towels. And seriously look how uneven my husband’s nails are they didn’t buff and shine or offer a mate clear coat.

This nail spa is amazing. They are so kind and they do a fantastic job. Andy has been doing my nails since they opened and he is great at making my nails look fun! Both of these pictures are his work. The Christmas ones are three weeks later after I picked them like crazy. Still cute even though I totally abused them. The Valentine’s Day ones are from today so you can see how flawless of a job they do. Highly recommend! Great services. Drinks available! Beautiful interior. Amazing people.
