Nice little salon, came due to positive reviews. My pedicure was nice and came out great! Although my gel manicure was a little disappointing. The nail tech did THREE layers which left my nails looking really thick and bubbly. They looked great after two coats and gave the color I wanted (not too pink) but after the third they ended up not looking the same. She also got the gel polish on my hands which I had to peel off, not a big deal I guess but it’s the little things that make an experience. Also cut my cuticles multiple times. In the end they look okay from a distance, but too pink and too thick, next time I will definitely make sure a third coat isn’t applied I live an hour away so not sure when I’ll be able to make it back.

RAVE to the new LV Nails! I had stopped coming here after multiple bad experiences. But the new owners/managers are doing something right, because everyone now is super attentive. I’m disabled, and that can make me/my feet hard to work with. The guy who did my pedicure was careful, checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable, and never once made it feel like I was being difficult. Plus both the polish and the drinks have improved in quality! Will definitely come back since it’s so close to my house and work

I’ve never been so blantantly disrespected and discriminated against and will not be giving my money to this establishment at anymore. I waited more than 45 mins for a service after confirming an appointment, just to be brushed off. As well as even having to deal with an employee being removed from doing my nails to work on another client after already starting on my service. After not being helped for another 25 mins I deemed this salon unprofessional and their behavior unacceptable and left. This doesn’t include the individuals that I came and made the appointment with, being helped immediately and halfway through at the time that I left.

Louis (the owner) is amazing. No matter how busy they are, they still make sure to get you seated at a table or chair, and they work hard to get you in and out in a timely manner. I’ve had a few different technicians take care of me, and they’ve all done a great job. Very happy customer and highly recommend you try them out.

So this place has very nice staff, however I got a Mani & Pedi, and the chairs for the Pedi were dirty. Didn’t look like they had been wiped down in a while. Some of the Mani tables have plastic and some didn’t. I’m a slight germaphobe and got seated at one with no plastic cover. My toes were done very well. However; I felt like my nails were rush, and I ended up breaking one nail only a week of having the nails. I will post photos.
