I decided to give this nail salon a try. Customer service was decent. The gentlemen working on my and my friends pedicure and nail dip were extremely rough while filing nails. The skin on the edges were scratched up a little. I did say ouch that hurts a little. Later I noticed my large toe had been flooded with nail polish and was all pooled up,but this was not until after I left.My friend had her tech drill down so much on her finger nail it was sore but the manager noticed he was over doing the drilling and came to fix it, which was hard to do at that point since there was not much nail left to hold on to any acrylic tip. The edges of her nails are extremely sharp. She has accidentally scratched herself with her nails several times. I had a Halloween color theme for my dip with black and orange. The dip powder is always a mess- it’s just how it comes,no fault of the user. However it will clean off, usually. I washed my hands and had gotten most all off my hands and nails, when I noticed I had a lot of nail polish on the nail beds and under the nail was a bunch of extra dip powder that had hardened under the nail. I asked if they didn’t mind helping me get the polish and rest of the powder off. In the past, at many other nail salons I’ve been to, they will use the acetone to clean up the polish, and drill under the nail for any excess product under the nails. Instead they used a file on my skin to clean up the polish bits. Ouch. They did not drill under my nails, but I was ready to leave and did not push the issue. The overall look of my nails were ok, but not great work for the overall pricing. I was impressed by their attention to appointment times, and they even reach out to you if you have not arrived at your appointment time.

Love this cozy place. They always try to accommodate my requests. For instance I don’t really care for hot stone massage so they just did an extra sugar scrub. I love that about them. Their always friendly, the prices are very fair, and because it’s smaller I find it easier to relax.

Had my nails done by Karen again and she is so picky I love it! She did my blonde eyebrows today and now that’s a must. I will continue going there as long as she’s taken care of me. I have been going there for almost two years now and have never been let down. It’s a cozy atmosphere and the prices are fair. I have tried multiple salons in Farragut and Lenoir city and have been over charged for less than steller work that doesn’t last. I stay with LV Nail Spa now. Love ya guys and gals!

Really had a great pedicurehere today. I don’t remember her name but she has been doing them for 23 years. She was amazing! She understood completely I didn’t want the rubbing and massage part. Great experience and I will be back with my grown daughters.
