I have been to LV Nail & Spa on a number of occasions and have never left overwhelmingly happy with my experience. I continued to return out of convenience, but my most recent experience has left me not wanting to return. I requested a manicure, gel polish removal, and I mentioned having several nails cracked or broken and requested they be repaired in anyway they recommended. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes…I didn’t feel welcome in the salon, I felt my services were not worth their time, I actually did not receive more than a nail trim and terribly uneven shaping. When I politely asked for them to be shorter, I was given attitude…I promptly went to another salon to get a proper manicure.

Calm and clean walking through the door. Greeted and directed to chair. My nail tech was a very quite gentleman and he did an amazing job. Lady tech that did my pedicure was just as amazing. I overall enjoyed my experience. Was a bit pricey and no prices out for display. Only when getting a pedicure. I’ll be back.

While on vacation I decided I would get my nails done. My daughter also wanted hers too. She got just polish.. the green sparkle shown here and I got gel Mani Pedi. These photos were taken 2 DAYS after getting them done! Her polish is half gone from every single finger. Mine are peeling and chipping. My one finger is sore where he cut my finger while doing the cuticle. I paid $94 plus tip for them to not last more than a day. Never again. The pedicure however is still on and looks really good.

Save your money. Worst manicure I’ve ever had. Nails are not even, didn’t even bother to clean up my cuticles, and just overall sloppy. Completely rushed through the whole process to attend one of the regulars who had come in. I won’t be coming back Dip powder

Really want to support local businesses but was very disappointed with the gel manicure I got. Application was uneven because there wasn’t enough product in the bottle. The technician kept trying to use every last drop when there weren’t any drops left. Gel was on my cuticles which caused lifting within a couple of days. Staff were nice and welcoming but I unfortunately won’t be returning.

Critical: QualityThey did a horrible job on my nails and my friends nails. The man made my nails bleed when he tried to drill off nail glue from my recent nails. He then pulled the skin off and it continued to bleed. After that he tried to fix it by putting oils and sprays on then which only made them burn worse. The simple painting job at the end is messy. They did a horrible job on my nails and my friends nails. The man made my nails bleed when he tried to drill off nail glue from my recent nails. He then pulled the skin off and it continued to bleed. Beautiful new shop! Shiny and clean. Linda took very good care of me. Everyone who works here are very sweet and helpful and they have snacks and water while you wait!! Happy to get affordable nails on the island.
