If your looking for a torture dungeon, I’m pretty convinced it’s downstairs. Priced a little high for just a fill in with gel. They painted my daughters toe nails and did a horrible job. All smeared and $17 Also, it looks like I’ll need a fill in less than two weeks with the job they did. I wouldn’t recommend. Go somewhere else. P.s. I’m still scared to write this review and post

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhen we first went in there was no greeting or anything. Then when the woman started doing my nails (natural) she just started cutting them without even asking how I wanted them. Then I was charged $40 for this “set”. My nails are so short my finger is over the nail. I always get my natural nails done no extra added. When we first went in there was no greeting or anything. Then when the woman started doing my nails (natural) she just started cutting them without even asking how I wanted them. Then I was charged $40 for this “set”. My nails are so short my finger is over the nail. I always get my natural nails done no extra added. The older man working there is extremely rude. My water was piping hot he still insisted me to leave my feet in the water when i told him the water was hot and also goes and say the water was not hot to him.He was very rough with my pedicure and polished my toes before doing the scrub and massage. Very backwards. I did not get any lotion on my legs after the pedicure , my legs and feet were left dry. After my pedicure he decides to charge my card without telling me the total i asked him how much it was and he still proceeds to charge my card and ignore me. i also asked before he charge my card how much the total was and continues to charge my card. Once he finally tells me the total he hits my hand as a joke. After that exchange he gives the card back and let’s me walk out without saying have a good day or anything. very rude and unsatisfied customer. Wont return back.

No one greeted me or asked me what service I would like. 30 minutes went by before the guy came to me and said he wouldn’t be able to do my nails because they are about to close. I kindly asked him why didn’t he tell me that when I first walked in. He replied with “I’m not going to be able to take you” I went to a different nail place and they took me in with only 20 minutes to their closing time.

Do not recommend. Went this morning with a friend and asked for the basic acrylic French tip. They decided to do gel instead and charge us for it. My nails were okay, but they looked matte. I told the guy after I paid (and tipped) that they weren’t shiny. All he said was sorry. My friends nails looked like a 5yo did them. The tip was bigger than her actual nail and the gel went all over her skin. She called to complain to only get an attitude. On top of all that, they didn’t do my eyebrows after I asked them too. They lost my business.

Went to get a refund and I paid $45 he pop my SNS nails off instead of soaking them off and the green line is still nails. And he only gave me $35 back because he said he had to charge me $10 for popping them off. Will not go back. Not how a customer is supposed to be treated. Went to get a refund and I paid $45 he pop my SNS nails off instead of soaking them off and the green line is still nails. Service and quality has gone downhill dramatically in the 2 years I’ve been going here. Not worth the money, the pain of having my cuticles ripped apart, or the consistently blotchy nail polish. If you do go, ask for the younger dude. He’s very polite, takes his time, and always does well.
