I have been a client of this salon since 2007. I have a large family and all my family and friends are regulars here. I come every two weeks for dip, gel on natural nails and adore their hot stone pedicure monthly. I am constantly complimented on my hands and nails and love my hands looking professional and ready to go. We have used LV nails for a dozen proms (I have a very large family) and weddings. Other services we have truly enjoyed include brow waxing, eyelash extensions and the European Facial. Jessica, Heidi and Kelly and Lin are lovely, professional and the salon is impeccably clean. I never would go anywhere else. My go to salon !

This small to moderate size salon provides a more relaxing vibe. Kind friendly attentive, and rather quiet staff. Unlike other nail salons, in downtown area, there is ample, free off street and on street parking. This hidden gem on lupine rd is around the corner from St Augustines and a slice of heaven. It’s also next door to a good dog groomer so get a mani while your fur baby is groomed!

I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a nail salon. I should’ve know right off the bat that the person doing my nails, had no clue what he was doing. He removed my previous nails in reusable… plastic finger pockets. He DRENCHED my fingers in acetone for 15 minutes??? My cuticles were burning. At this point I was in too deep and let him complete the job. My final nail shape was atrocious. I told him to fix several things and it took him 20 additional minutes and I still wasn’t satisfied. I left with candy corn shaped nails. Additionally, you can literally see my actual nails right under…. I’m writing this a week after I got them done. The top coat is literally peeling off the nails. Unbelievable. Wish I could give them one star.

They are so welcoming and remember every one of their customers. The nail technicians take their time and pay attention to every detail. Funny, this place seems pretty nice, but the time I visited I got a woman who also works at another local salon. I haven’t been back there because my nails looked terrible after I left– polish uneven and polish and top coat bizarrely not applied to full nail. Alas, I went in with open mind but was disappointed again. Not sure if I’ll give this place another shot, but with my luck she’ll be at the next salon, too

I came here for a fill hoping it would be a better experience than my usual spot (Salem Nail Bar, Salem MA) . There was only one other customer in there so I thought that maybe they would spend more time on my nails and not be rushed out like at the nail bar. I expressed my concern with how my acrylics break extremely easily, thinking maybe she’d add more acrylic to where they usually break which is right at the free edge of the nail. However she only applied it to where she was filling it. After two weeks the edges of my nails always get worn down and and don’t look crisp and fresh, so when I get a fill I expect them to look fresh when I leave. She barely filed them, the edges of a few were bumpy and they were all very inconsistent in shape and length. The polish application was mediocre honestly it looked like I did my own acrylics at home. I paid 45 for the fill and tipped her 15$ because as a waitress for 10 years and a hair stylist just starting my career I can never bring myself to under tip anyone even when I’m not happy with the service. The nail tech was young and she was very polite but I’m not sure if she’s just starting out her career as well. I suggest having a little bit more of a conversation with clients, being more open, asking questions and really listening to what your client has to say. She didn’t even tell me her name and didn’t say anything when I told her they keep breaking super easily on me. If I had a client come to me that was unhappy with another hair stylist I would find out why , make sure I fixed the problem and gave them a much better experience to ensure they come back and always ask for me. I removed all of my nails and will be finding another place to get a full set redone from scratch.
