This is my go to spot. I’ve been going here for 7 years now. Everytime I try a different place I regret it immediately because the products they use at lv is waaaay better. My gel mani pedi lasts forever. The service is amazing. I always call first to make an appt, Once we come in they have several ppl working on us. I always bring my 3 and t year old with me to get their nails done. They always do an amazing job. Their pedicures r awesome. Can’t wait to try the NU pedicure for my birthday. Thank u LV and staff for always taking care of us

It’s pretty sad how much things have changed at this place since new ownership.. I rarely get out for some me time, but the last 2 times I’ve went– it’s been.. and both times; I left disappointed. I understand the workers need to get paid.. and I came to spoil myself, but $98 for a pedicure? Not to mention going home and my hubby thinks a child painted my toes ♀️

I paid for a “deluxe” pedicure. The lady barely touched my feet. I got little to no massage and she didn’t even clean my nails. She was on the phone the whole time and not very nice! Love this place! This place always takes good care of me and my friends. Everyone is friendly and my nails always look amazing. They make sure I’m completely happy with outcome before I leave. Oh and they’ll offer you choice of drinks. This time I went with a glass of white wine. The perfect touch to an already good experience.

When I walked in none of the staff got up from the pedicure chairs to assist me-just asking me what I wanted from their seats. I went in for a SNS/dip manicure. I had to direct the technician on how to do my nails/repeat myself multiple times, i.e. cut back the length and shape. And five days after my manicure two nails are cracked (L thumb and R ring finger), two nails have the finish coming up with uneven ends (R thumb and L middle finger) and one nail is cracked with a chunk of nail missing (R index finger). I will not go back. I am going to another salon to get my whole set redone.

Boss lady said the color for my toes would match the dipping powder. Boss lady must be color blind. The salon was packed with twelve techs and every chair taken. They were in such a hurry, they didn’t taken the time to clean the polish that got on our skin because they were working so fast. I prefer slow, careful, perfect nails with matching color.

I have been a regular customer of LV Maui Nails since it opened and have been very satisfied with the level of service and value. The recent 40% price increase for a pedicure (from $25 to $35) is shocking and the quality of service has gone down. The last two times I have gone, the person providing the service tried to upsell me no fewer than 10 times when all I wanted was a basic pedicure. I understand prices for everything are increasing, but 40% is steep especially with the decrease in quality. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have to thank Yelp for pointing me to this nail salon. I was on Maui for work meetings and had flown in a day earlier. I had searched Yelp for a recommendation to do a pedicure and fills. I did go first to another place that also was recommended but they told me they didn’t take walk ins.
