Critical: QualityWent to get highlights, overcharged for the work they did. Completely different from picture I used to show them color and style I was going for. I called and went back and all they did was add toner. I asked for part of money back, they refused. They were very rude and unkind. Veronica was kind. I do not recommend this place. Went to get highlights, overcharged for the work they did. Completely different from picture I used to show them color and style I was going for. I called and went back and all they did was add toner. I asked for part of money back, they refused. They were very rude and unkind. Veronica was kind. I do not recommend this place. My hair was completely horrible that Lupita completely gave me a new look and took care of hair knowing it was delicate. I will definitely be going back to her! Lupita went above and beyond my expectations. I’ve had a Brazilian Blowout done a total of 3 times the first time I had it done it did not work, the second time the hair technician burned my scalp. However when I finally was willing to give it another try I booked an appointment with Lupita.Not only did it work without a chemical burn, she walked me through the whole process, which really put me at ease. Now she is the ONLY person I trust with my hair. If she believes something would cause damage to your hair she will not do it.
