Reminds me of New York. I love them so much. The quality and care is Outstanding. I get my hair bleached, layered, trim, treated, straightened… you name it and all the products are excellent and natural ingredients. This is just like a New York Salon they make sure you look fabulous. I take my daughter with me every chance as well. Love this place.

Critical: ProfessionalismI used to go to this salon all the time to get Keratin treatments for the past few years. Tried to call them to schedule an appointment for a new one and no one would answer. I’ve left voicemails and repeatedly called and no one ever bothered to return my phone calls.I ended up finding another hairstylist that was able to do my Keratin treatment and will be booking with them for now on. I booked an appointment with Bella for 11 AM I pulled into the parking lot at message her via Facebook (that’s where we scheduled the appointment). And I let her know I was there I got a response back saying she was very far away still and wasn’t sure exactly a time limit on when she be there I will let her know that I had a very important work event at 3 PM that same day the night before so she would know him that this appointment was urgent to me she said no problem and got me right and I let her know I was there I got a response back saying she was very far away still and wasn’t sure exactly a time limit on when she be there. I messaged her back and let her know that I was not able to wait and I thought it was a professional of her to not have let me know before hand on top of all of this I drove 45 minutes to this appointment for her to not let me know when I have messaged her that she told me to get a life that I should know emergencies happen and that I have a bad attitude What I was going to talk to her boss she apologize but there was nothing dust to solve the problem I was at my appointment on time and there was no employee they’re able to fill what they said they could do I would never recommend this place
