I get waxed often and thought I’d try Luiza’s because it’s close to home but I will not be going back. I got a bikini wax and was left with bruising, which has never happened to me before. The lady was not gentle and overall it was not a good experience.

I came here once by chance to get my eyebrows waxed when I was living in medford, and now that I’ve moved several times around the Boston area, it is still the only place I trust to do my eyebrows! He is always delightful and does an amazing job. Even living in California and Connecticut for extended durations, I would hold out until I came back to the Boston area.
