I went here and asked for a few warm highlights on my already naturally blonde hair and they took most of my hair and made it platinum. I was crushed. 10 years of not dying my hair and they ruined it. I stated it wasn’t good and they tried to touch it up but made it worse. They hardly spoke to me, just spoke spa ish to each other whole time. Lady tugged a lot on my head and my neck felt bruised after. Sad part is, it was a gift and though I didn’t pay, I felt bad for who did, cause they did not do a good job. This just gave me my confidence back to not go back to a salon ever for dying my hair. Now I will have to wait years before my natural tones come back. Not impressed.
