It was a very cute place but my nails are already all lifting. Two completely fell off. I paid over $100 for a full set. My nails have NEVER lifted or fallen off in such a short period of time. Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude & said they couldn’t help. My first time here & will be my last.

I had an appointment at 4pm for a full set and a pedicure both with “no chip” polish, on Saturday May 14th, and this is how my “no chip” is looking the next morning. I took the to drive from Chicago for this appointment and can’t understand why the polish is basically peeling off and the bottom of my feet feel and look as though I did not have a pedicure. I called to find out they are closed on Sundays. I will be calling on Monday. I would like this to be corrected. I’ve had many pedicures there, and MiMi always did a great job. Time and money on my feet… I hope is not waisted. The full set gel is fine. I tipped both ladies very well.

I like Luxy nail, they are one of the only two shops I allow do my nails in Waukegan. However I visit very little because of the passive aggressive attitudes from staff. Now I’m a person who doesn’t know what I want when I go in I just go in and what ever the mood leads me is what style and color so I believe, for that maybe this Is why they are this way towards me but I always tip yet this last time i really didn’t want to because I felt so mistreated. I had to have a previous set removed so I asked several times while I was getting my pedicure if they where going to bring something to soak the nails the lady just looked at me so I said again using my hands shouldn’t I be soaking these… anyway I ended up getting my pedicure finished and going to have my nails removed and when I said so we gone soak now the nail lady proceeded to trim and remove my nails manually and it hurt like heck so I said why we ain’t just soak she just laughed and said no and I just looked at her but I ain’t no bi* so I thugged it out and got my nails done but this Is why I don’t go often I spend good money never less than $100 plus I tip I’m not paying to be abused but my nails was cute though

I came to do a pedicure and I TRULY REGRET IT. I should have seen the red flag from the beginning. Not only did my nail tech trick me by saying I grabbed gel instead of regular polish (which I wanted regular). She proceeded applying the gel when I asked for the regular version but I just brushed it off. Then she began to cutting my cuticles aggressively causing bleeding and later swelling.

Ok so I was totally new to this place but I needed a last minute pedi/mani. I was assigned to Paul..ladies run. This man is a genius. I absolutely love my toes and nails. I didn’t have anything specific in mind, just that I needed wedding nails and I wanted something with white. And boy was I not disappointed. I absolutely love my nails!! Will be coming back for sure.

It’s been quite a while since I had a manicure and pedicure, and walked in to see if I could be accommodated. They are wonderful, quite the enjoyable experience! Very professional and clean! Large selection of colors and choices. Having my toenails pampered, they put this warm thing around my neck and it’s joyous! I love that the massage chairs are both clean and in fabulous shape – many places have let this fall into disrepair, but at Lucy, it’s wonderful! Lily did my nails and truly did a wonderful job. This was my first time here and will certainly not be my last! Thanks for the accommodation and the pampering!

If I could give this Place 0 stars I would ! Let me start by saying I have been a customer there for 2+ years and The way they handled my situation was completely unprofessional. l went to get a Fill in and fix 2 nails on friday, On Saturday morning my pinkie nail broke, I was upset but whatever I balmed myself. Well on Saturday night one of the new nails the lady had put on completely came off. I was so upset but at this point they were closed and didn’t open till Monday, so I called and the lady could not have been anymore rude. She basically said I had to pay for the broken pinkie but they would fix the other one. I go in on monday waste a whole hour there for the lady to fix my nail and When I come home that SAME night another nail completely falls off!!! I called her back Tuesday and I told her what had happened and she was again super RUDE. Once again she said to go back and they would fix it, I told her I was going out of town and Couldn’t just keep going back to fix something they did a horrible job in the first place

This salon is great! I tried several places for a dip manicure and this is by far the best. My nails looks perfect after 3 weeks, looks like I just walked out of the salon. The price is a little high comparing to other places but it lasts at lot longer. Pedicure, Dip powder

My girlfriend went in for a full set today. The lady placed one of the false tips extremely crooked and blamed the crookedness on the actual finger. The lady then proceeded to say “it’s you not me”. She also left lots of bumps and didn’t file the apex. and my girlfriend asked for an ombré and got something else instead nothing seem blended. She does not recommend this place because they don’t give you what you ask for. she spent $150 and is very unsatisfied.

They’re money hungry. I got a short gel full set. As soon as I sat down I asked how much is it? She said $60. Felt it was kinda high but I said okay & paid. I see their price pamphlet next to me and read it to see their other services. I notice it said Gel full set is $40. I kept asking questions and she kept changing the the price. I said fine I’ll just keep it. When I went to wash my hands she called the manager over, the manager lied too and said we gave you discount. They didn’t. I told her as well I’ll just finish. After the manager left the lady started pointing at me saying now I’m going to be in trouble tomorrow. I said stop pointing that’s rude & if you don’t want to do them I can leave. She said now the manager is going to make her pay $10 out of her own pocket tomorrow. I said I don’t believe that & it’s your fault, you called her over. I told you I would keep it. My plan was to keep it and never return. I hate my nails. But I still tipped.
