I took my chances and came in today as a walk in and was seated right away. I got a gel manicure by Kathy. She was very fast (in a good way) and was very articulate in applying the gel. A lot of times other manicurists will get gel or polish on the cuticle or around the nail and it looks sloppy. My nails came out very neat and clean.

I have been to this nail place quite a bit, but the last two times i got Lynda and i wasn’t entirely happy with how my nails turned out. The communication barrier was bad and my nails were too thick and the shape was slanted. I have had the younger girls, who work there, do my nails and they do a great job. I ended up going to a different salon and getting them fixed. They look great now, but i would not go back again.

Let me start with a positive I love Rosy who works there. However, the way the business is run has gone downhill over the last few months. I have referred many people there and they have all given negative feedback. Most recently my friend had a fill on a Thursday over the weekend 2 nails popped off on Tuesday she went to have them fixed and they recharged her for a full fill. She was treated very poorly. Sadly due to this I will no longer be going there.

Absolutely amazing experience. Not only did they do my dip manicure perfectly (which I am so picky about) but they literally stocked the place with balloons and decorations since we we’re there with the bridal party of my sisters wedding. Service and people are above amazing! Highly recommend and I never am recommending salons in Pembroke. They made our night so fun and our nails wedding ready!

The people that work here were super nice at first but then get so mad at you and are so rude if you don’t like the design they started yelling at me and telling me i can’t do a color anymore, i really liked this place at first but now i will not go back to this place ever. She made an appointment for a mani at 1 they never even got to her I showed up at 130 and we finally sat down around 143 for our pedicure appointments. My sister never even got a manicure despite her appointment. They rushed through our pedicures and the end results show it. I wouldn’t go back they clearly over booked and we went out of our way to make an appointment to make sure we could get what we wanted and they couldn’t be bothered to care.
